摘  要:目的:观察补肾活血颗粒对去势大鼠血生化一般指标钙(Ca)、磷(P)、雌激素(E2),骨形成指标碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP),骨吸收指标抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP5b)、I型胶原C端肽(CTX)、羟赖氨酸糖苷(GHYL)的影响。方法:取24只雌性大鼠切除卵巢造成骨质疏松模型,随机分成补佳乐组、模型对照组、假手术组、补肾活血组4组,各组对应给予补佳乐、0.9%氯化钠溶液、0.9%氯化钠溶液、补肾活血方灌胃3个月,采用全自动生化检测Ca、P、ALP,用ELISA方法检测E2、TRAP5b、BGP、CTX、GHYL。结果:应用补肾活血颗粒后大鼠血生化一般指标Ca、P下降,E2升高,成骨细胞分泌的骨形成指标ALP、BGP升高,胶原蛋白的分解产物CTX、GHYL有所升高,而破骨细胞分泌的TRAP5b并没有明显改变。结论:从血生化可以推测补肾活血颗粒对增强成骨细胞分化增值及活性功能作用明显,而对破骨细胞作用并不显著。Objective: To observe the effects of the general blood serum biochemical indicators calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), estradiol (E2), the bone formation indicators alkaline phosphatase (ALP), osteocalcin (BGP), the bone resorption indicators tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase targets (TRAP5b), I type collagen C telopeptide (CTX), hydroxylysine glycosides (GHYL) after the Bushenhuoxue granules on the castrated rats. Methods: 24 female rats were established the model of postmenopausal through ovariectomy in rats and randomly divided into progynova group, model control group, sham operation group and Bushenhuoxue group, each group treated with progynova, NS, NS, Bushenhuoxue in 3 months, then Ca, P, ALP was detected by automatic biochemical ,and E2, TRAP5b, BGP, CTX, GHYL was detected by Elisa. Results: In the Bushenhuoxue group Ca, P of of the general blood biochemical indicators in rat was decreased, E2 was increased, ALP, BGP of the bone formation indicators of the secretion of osteoblast has increased, and CTX, GHYL of the product of collagen breakdown has increased, but the TRAP5b of the secretion of osteoclasts did not change significantly. Conclusion: Through blood serum biochemical indicators we can find that Bushenhuoxue particles maybe obviously affect osteoblasts, but the role of osteoclasts is not significant.
