乙肝系列中成药对免疫性肝纤维化大鼠肝功能和肝纤维化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:采用乙肝系列中成药(乙肝清热解毒颗粒、乙肝益气解郁颗粒、乙肝养阴活血颗粒)探讨中医清热解毒法、益气解郁法、养阴活血法单独使用及联合应用对免疫性肝纤维化模型大鼠肝功能和血清肝纤维化四项指标的影响。方法:用猪血清腹腔注射诱导免疫性肝纤维化模型,成模后再用乙肝系列中成药进行干预治疗,用全自动生化分析仪测定肝功能,用放射免疫分析法测定血清肝纤维化四项指标。结果:猪血清诱导的肝纤维化大鼠血清中ALT、AST、HA、LN、IV-C和PC-Ⅲ含量均明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),经乙肝系列中成药治疗后,上述指标明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且合方效果优于单方,清热解毒法和益气解郁法的联合应用能更好的改善肝功能,清热解毒法和养阴活血法的联合应用能更好的改善肝纤维化四项指标。结论:中医清热解毒法、益气解郁法、养阴活血法对免疫性肝纤维化有一定的防治作用,能降低肝纤维化程度,同时可减轻肝细胞损伤,改善肝功能。Objective： To explore the effects of detoxification, Yiqi Jieyu and conservation Yin and promoting blood methods, used alone and in combination, on liver function and serum hepatic fibrosis index of rats with immune hepatic fibrosis. Methods： Using abdominal injection with pig serum to induce immune hepatic fibrosis model, and then intervened with the treatment of hepatitis B series of granules, measured liver function with automatic bin-chemical analyzer, and tested serum hepatic fibrosis index with radio-immune ana/yse. Results： The ALT, AST, HA, LN, IV-C and PC- I]I contents in rats serum with hepatic fibrosis induced with pig serum increased obviously （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, the three treatments had definite reversion to the indexes above and the combined side effects than unilateral, detoxification and Yiqi Jieyu method combined could better improve liver function, detoxification and promoting blood method combined could better improve serum hepatic fibrosis index. Conclusion： Detoxification, Yiqi Jieyu and conservation Yin and promoting blood methods of TCM have definite prevention to immune hepatic fibrosis, can reduce fibrosis degree, meanwhile effectively decrease liver cell injure and improve liver function.
