体检人群中唇颊亮度值比值与脾胃症状关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨唇颊亮度值比值与脾胃症状的关系。方法:使用国际颜色校正卡,采集体检人群160例面部数码图像,使用软件获得侧唇、上唇、下唇与面颊的亮度值比值,并对入选者进行脾胃症状调查问卷的采集。结果:共筛选出11个与唇颊亮度值比值密切相关的脾胃症状,其中吃凉或不洁食物后出现腹泻或腹痛、齿痕舌、饭后胃胀、口中有味、呃逆、喜饮水6个脾胃症状越严重,则唇周亮度值可能降低;而饭后困倦、易短气等脾阳气虚症状出现时,则唇周亮度值可能升高。结论:唇周色泽与脾胃症状密切相关;唇颊亮度值比值可能成为评价体检人群脾胃功能的面部望诊指标。Objective To study on the relationship of the light value ratio of lip and cheek and spleen-stomach symp- toms. Methods Using the International colorcheck, the 160 eases facial digital images of physical examination groups were got. Further, the light value of the upper lip, the lower lip and the cheek area after the image color restoration were got, and then the light value ratio of the upper lip and cheek and that of the lower lip and cheek were calculated. All peoples were collected the questionnaires of spleen-stomach symptoms. Results Statistical results showed that 11 spleen-stomach symptoms were closely related with the light value ratio of lip and cheek. There were 6 spleen-stomach symptoms, including diarrhea or abdominal pain after the cold or contaminated food, tooth-marked tongue, bloating after a meal, flavored mouth, hiccups, and preferences of drinking water, which were more serious, the brightness value of lip-around skin may decreased; However, when the Spleen-Qi deficiency symptoms appeared, dinner drowsiness, short breath, etc, then the brightness value of lip-around skin may increased. Conclusion The color of lip-around skin is closely related to the spleen and stomach symptoms. The light val- ue of lip-around and the light value ratio of lip and cheek may be used as diagnostic indicators of the complexion looking diagnosis for evaluating the spleen-stomach function in check-up group.
