摘　　要：分析探讨了慢性肾衰竭中医临床路径的构建的思路与实施体会,认为中医诊疗方案的规范化,名医临证经验、古籍与现代文献证据的统一及临床路径构建的结构化和流程化是路径构建的关键环节,保证路径实施质量是体现慢性肾衰中医临床路径效益的前提。Since 2009, state chinese medicine administration bureau carried out the job of formulating and implementing chinese medicine clinical pathway. As the responsible department of chronic renal failure clinical pathway, we have the deep experience in pathway building and practicing. The key point of chinese medicine clinical pathway of chronic renal failure building are keeping to scientific principle and expressing TCM special advantage. The standardization of the chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment plan, evidence unity between famous doctors clinical experience, ancient books and modem Literature, and structuring and routing of clinical pathway are important. Implement quality guarantee of clinical pathway is the precondi- tion of profit reflection of traditional chinese medicine clinical pathway. Through trial and error, our center made training man- agement system, variation feedback system, continuously improvement system for each unit reference.
