桃红四物颗粒对兔自体移植皮片VEGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨桃红四物颗粒对兔自体移植皮片成活的影响。方法:将80只兔随机分为4组,均行皮片移植手术造模,并用3种不同剂量的桃红四物颗粒干预2周,观察其对移植皮片VEGF表达的影响。结果:桃红四物颗粒高、中、低剂量3组与对照组皮片VEGF比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且桃红中剂量组皮片成活情况较其它3组好。结论:桃红四物颗粒能提高兔自体移植皮片中VEGF的表达,促进移植皮片成活。Objective：To explore the efficacy of Taohongsiwutang in the treatment of the autologous skin graft of rabbits. Method：80 Rabbits were divided into 4 groups,and underwent skin graft surgery,intervene in two weeks with three different doses.Results： The differences in the expression of VEGF between Taohongsiwu particles high,medium,low dose group,control group were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.medium dose group of skin graft better than the other three groups. Conclusion： Taohongsiwu particles can improve the expression of VEGF in the autologous skin graft of rabbits,promoting their survival.
