摘 要:目的:探讨补虚颗粒的成型工艺条件。方法:以稀释剂种类、浸膏粉与稀释剂的比例、乙醇浓度及干燥温度为考察因素,以成型性、溶解性和有效成分保留率为指标,采用正交试验优选最佳成型工艺。结果:最佳制粒工艺为采用可溶性淀粉作为稀释剂,浸膏粉与可溶性淀粉比例为1∶1.5,用95%乙醇作为润湿剂制粒,60℃干燥颗粒。结论:本法确定成型工艺制备的颗粒剂溶解性好、有效成分保留率高,可为其生产提供依据。Objeetive: To ascertain the best formation process of buxue granules. Method: The formation process of buxue granules was optimized by orthogonal experiment design using type of diluent,ratio of dry extract to soluble starch, concentra- tion of ethanol,drying temperature as factors with eligible ratio,solution and retention rate as index. Result: The optimal forming process were as follows: soluble starch was used as diluent, ratio of dry extract to soluble starch was 1:1.5, 95% ethanol was used as wetting agent, drying temperature was 60℃. Conclusion: Prepared granules have good solubility with the high re- tention rate of active component.The formation process is available for the development and production of buxue granules.
