中药抗纤胶囊抗肝纤维化的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药抗纤胶囊对慢性肝炎肝纤维化疗效。方法 :应用抗纤胶囊治疗慢性病毒性肝炎 6 8例 ,以葫芦素作为对照组治疗慢性病毒性肝炎 30例 ;应用放射免疫法测定血清中 型前胶原 (PC ) ,透明质酸 (HA)等。采用 SD大鼠 CCl4纤维化模型 ,测定肝脏胶原蛋白含量 ,蛋白电泳。结果 :治疗组对乏力、肝区痛、黄疸、脾肿大等疗效优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组血清中 HA、PC 在治疗后均明显下降 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,A/G明显上升 (P<0 .0 1)。动物试验表明 ,抗纤胶囊能明显改善大鼠肝纤维化病理 ,缩小肝纤维化面积 ,降低肝脏胶原蛋白含量 ,以大剂量组较明显。结论The purpose is to approach the therapeutical effects of anti-fibrosis capsules of Chinese medicine on fibrosis due to chronic hepatitis.Since 1997,the authors have used the capsules in treatment of 68 cases of chronic viral hepatitis.In the control group of 30 patients with chronic viral hepatitis treated with hu lu su (a Chinese drug used for hepatitis),a radio-immunity method was used to determine the content of TypeⅢ procollagen(PCⅢ)and hyaluronic acid (HA) from the patients' sera、CCl 4 of SD rats and fibrosis model were applied to determine the content of hepatic collagen,and albumen electrophoresis.The results of clinical study showed that better curative effects for asthenia,haptalagia,jaundice and splenomegaly were obtained in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment ,an obvious reduction in the content of HA and PCⅢ occurred in the sera of the treatment group(P<0.001),and a clear increase was observed in A/G (P<0.01). The animal experiments indicated that the use of anti-fibrosis capsules led to a great improvement in the patholoy of hepatic fibrosis in rats,the reduction in the size of hepatic fibrosis and the lowering in the content of hepatic collagen,especially with a larger dose was given.The conclusion is that the Chinese medicine anti-fibrosis capsules possess a good effect of anti-fibrosis of liver. [
