摘　　要：通过分析大学生职业生涯规划的含义及其主要作用,探讨大学生职业生涯规划的主要内容,包括分析自我、制定目标、实施策略、反馈调整等,并指出在进行职业生涯规划时应当注意的问题。By analyzing the meaning and main functions of the career planning of college students, this essay discus- ses about its main contents such as self-analysis, establishment of goals, implementing strategies and feedback ad- justment. In addition, this essay points out what students should pay attention to in their career planning.
