摘 要:采用一种操作简单的直接沉淀法制备氧化锌微晶,通过改变碳酸氢铵的浓度制备出不同形貌的微晶氧化锌。利用XRD、SEM及UV-Vis吸收光谱对粉体进行了表征,结果表明,ZnO结晶性能良好,而不同形貌的氧化锌微晶对光的吸收能力不同,对进一步应用氧化锌微晶降解环境污染物有一定的指导意义。ZnO microcrystals were synthesized via a simple direct precipitation method. Different shaped crys- tals were achieved by altering the concentration of NH,L HCOa. The as-obtained powders were characterized by XRD, SEM and UV-visible absorption spectrometry. The experimental results indicate that the four shaped ZnO are all of hexagonal wurtzite structure, however, they have different ability to absorb the light, which will have some guidance for the further application of the ZnO microcrystals to the degradation of environment pollutants.
