摘  要:利用溶剂热法制备了硫化镍,并以它为催化剂通过化学气相沉积法催化制备了微螺旋碳纤维。采用扫描电子显微镜对微螺旋碳纤维的微观形貌进行了表征,发现产物几乎全部为双螺旋碳纤维,同时通过研究影响微螺旋碳纤维生长的因素,发现微螺旋碳纤维的最佳生长条件为:反应温度750℃,气体流量110sccm,噻吩温度30~35℃,反应时间90min。FT-IR结果表明,微螺旋碳纤维分子结构中既含有不饱和的C=C双键,又含有饱和的-CH2-和-CH3基团。Carbon microcoils(CMCs) were synthesized by the chemical vapor deposition using nickel sulfide particals as the catalyst prepared by solvothermal method. The morphology of the micro-coiled carbon fibers were examined by SEM. It was found that most of carbon micro-coils were double helical forms. Reaction condition which affected the growth of carbon micro-coils were investigated. The optimistic reaction conditions for CMCs were as fol- lows: reaction temperature was 30C, flow rate was 110sccm, the thiophene temperature was 30-35C, reaction time was 90rain. The FT-IR analysis revealed that the molecular structure of CiVICs contained both unsaturated -C=C- and saturated -CH2- and -CHa groups.
