摘 要:研究了罗丹明B-正丙醇-氯化钠析相萃取镓的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。结果表明,氯化钠能使正丙醇的水溶液分成两相,在分相过程中,GaCl4-与罗丹明B(RhB)生成的缔合物[GaCl4-][RhB+]能被正丙醇相完全萃取。当溶液中罗丹明B、氯化钠和正丙醇的浓度分别为0.4g/L、0.2g/mL和30%(V/V),且盐酸浓度为0.05~1mol/L时,GaCl4-的萃取率达到97.7%以上,而Fe2+、Co2+、Mg2+、Ag+、Cu2+、Ru3+、Ni 2+和Cr3+基本不被萃取,实现了Ga3+与上述金属离子的分离。The phase separation extraction behavior of gallium with rhodamine B-l-propanol-sodium chloride system was investigated, as well as the separation conditions of gallium from other metal ions. The results showed that the aqueous solution of 1-propanol could be divided into two phases in the presence of sodium chloride. The association complex of [GaCl4][RhB+] formed by GaCl4 and rhodamine B (RhB) could be completely extracted by 1-propanol during this process. When the con- centrations of rhodamine B, sodium chloride, 1-propanol and hydrochloric acid were 0.4 g/L, 0. 2 g/mL,30 % (V/ V) and 0.05--1 mol/L,respectively, the extraction yield of GaCl4- was up to 97.7 %. Meanwhile, other metal ions including Fe2+ , Co2+ , Mg2+ , Ag+ , Cu2+ , Ru3+ , Ni2+ and Cr3+ were not extracted, realizing the separation of Ga3+ from these metal ions.
