复方润喉茶药效学试验

摘　　要：目的 :考察复方润喉茶的药理作用。方法 :体内、体外抗病毒试验 ,体外抗菌试验 ,抗炎试验 ,镇痛试验以及祛痰试验。结果 :复方润喉茶有明显的体内外抗病毒作用 ,体内抗流感病毒ED50 为 2 61mg(生药 ) /kg ;有较好的体外抗菌作用 ,对肺炎球菌等 8个菌株的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)为 0 .0 2～ 0 .1 6g(生药 ) /ml;抗炎试验表明对抑制早期炎症效果较好 ,而对中、晚期炎症则效果不佳 ;此外还有镇痛、祛痰等作用。结论OBJECTIVE:Studies on pharmacodynamics of Fufang Runhou Cha.METHOD:It was carried out by antiviral tests in vivo and in vitro,antimicrobial test in vitro,anti inflammatory tests on rats and mice,analgesic and expectorant tests on mice.RESULTS:Pharmacodynamics studies showed that Fufang Runhou Cha had obvious antiviral effects both in vivo and in vitro,strong antimicrobial effects,anti inflammatory effects,and analgesic and expectorant effects.The minimal inhibitory concentration to eight strains of bacteria were from 0.02 to 0.16g/ml.The effect on acute inflammatory was stronger than that on chronic inflammatory.CONCLUSION:Fufang Runhou Cha is good to treat acute laryngopharyngitis.
