摘  要:电阻点(凸)焊机电极系统的随动性能对焊接质量和电极的使用寿命有重要影响,是评价电阻焊机机器性能、选择最佳焊接工艺参数或焊接过程模拟时考虑的重要因素。本文开发了1种模拟电极系统随动过程的模拟试验,称之为"断裂试验",并研制了试验装置,利用该装置可测得电极随动过程中电极力的变化及随动速度,为研究电阻点焊机电极系统的随动性能提供了新的方法。Follow - up behaviour of electrode system in resistance spot (projection) welding has a great influence on weld quality and electrode service life in spot and projection welding, which is an important factor in evaluating the machine property, selecting the optimum welding parameters and simulating welding process. In this paper, a test method, so called "breaking test", of testing the fol- low - up behaviour of electrode system in resistance spot welding has been proposed, and the corresponding test set - up has been de- veloped. By using this test set - up, the electrode force variation as well as the follow - up speed of electrode can be measured, provid- ed a new method for studying the electrode follow - up behaviour in resistance weldin~ machine.
