摘 要:本文研究了Co(Ⅱ)在氢氧化钠介质中催化过氧化氢氧化4,5-二溴邻硝基苯基荧光酮(DBON-PF)褪色的新指示反应及影响反应速度的因素,建立了测定痕量钴的催化动力学光度新方法。方法检出限为8.5×10-12g/mL,Co(Ⅱ)含量在0ng/10mL~3.2ng/10mL范围内符合比尔定律,是光度法测定钴的高灵敏体系之一,本法选择性好,灵敏度高,应用于VB12中钴的测定,相对标准偏差为2.8%~3.4%,加标回收率为96%~104%,符合痕量分析的要求。Cobalt( Ⅱ ) in NaOH can catalyze the discolouring oxidation of 4,5 - dibromo - o - nitrophenylfluorone ( DBON - PF) by H2O2. a new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining trace cobalt( Ⅱ) was established. Factors affecting the speed of reac- tion are investigated. The detection limit of the method is 8.5 x 10 -12 g/mL. Beera law is obeyed for cobalt ( Ⅱ ) in the range of 0 -3.2 ng/10mL . The method has high sensitivity and selectivity. This method has been used in the determination of trace cobalt ( Ⅱ) in VBIz and the relative standard deviation is 2.8% - 3.4% and the recovery standard addition is 96% - 104%. the results obtained ful- filled the trace analysis requirements .
