摘　　要：目的 :建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定美洛昔康片含量的方法。方法 :选用YWGC18色谱柱 ,以 0 .2mol/L醋酸铵 甲醇 ( 1∶1 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70nm ,流速为 1ml/min。结果 :美洛昔康的线性范围 0 .1～ 0 .5μg/ml,r=0 .9996,n =5;回收率为 1 0 1 .1 % ,RSD =1 .1 5%。结论 :方法准确、快速、简便 。OBJECTIVE:A RP HPLC was used to determine the content of meloxicam in tablets.METHOD:The HPLC system consisted of YWG C 18 column(250mm×4.6mm 10μm),0.2M ammonium acetate methanol(1∶1) mixture as mobile phase,with detection at 270nm,flow rate 1ml/min and column temperature at room temperature.RESULTS:The linear range was 0.1～0.5μg/ml(r=0.9996,n=5).The mean recovery was 101.1%,RSD=1.15%.CONCLUSION:This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be operated without interference of excipient.
