摘　　要：IGS提供实时的预报产品—超快速精密星历IGU,这种超快速星历为实时精密单点定位的实现提供了实时的高精度数据支撑。由于IGU存储在网络服务器中,设计实现IGS数据文件实时获取的下载程序是实时精密单点定位的基础。通过在C++Builder 2007平台上利用Indy控件设计编译了IGS数据文件的下载程序并进行实验。实验表明:该程序支持多线程并发和断点续传功能,可以实现IGS数据文件的实时下载。IGS has been providing real-time forecast products that was ultra-rapid precise ephemeris which usually be called IGU, It provides high precise data for real-time PPP reali- zation. Because IGU stored in a web server, it is the foundation of real-time PPP to design and implement the download program of IGS data files. The download program of IGS data files used Indy components on C＋＋Builder 2007 platform is designed and compiled,and the experiments has been done. The result shows the program can support multi-threaded and interruption resuming, and can achieve real-time downloading of IGS data files.
