摘　　要：目的 :建立一种测定低浓度硫酸链霉素皮试液效价的方法。方法 :采用旋光法测定结果并与医疗单位制剂规程 ( 1 984 )中采用的比色测定法进行比较。结果 :两种方法之间无显著性差异。结论 :旋光法简便 ,快速准确 。OBJECTIVE:A rotatory method was established for determination of potency of low concentration streptomycin sulfate examination injection.METHOD:The rotatory method was compared with colorimetric analysis.RESULTS:The results obtained from samples by rotatory method showed good agreement with those obtained by coloremetric analysis.CONCLUSION:The rotatory method is simple,rapid and accurate,it is suitable for determination of potency of low concentration streptomycin sulfate.
