摘　　要：本文通过工程实例,探讨砖墙与框架混合承重房屋采用PKPM结构计算软件进行抗震承载力简化计算的方法;介绍砖墙与框架混合承重房屋抗震鉴定过程并提出该类型房屋的处理建议。This article through the project case to discuss the simplified calculation method of the brick with the frameword mixed load--bearing housing use PKPM （ it is a structure calculation software ） to calculate the bearing capacity for the earthquake, and introduce the anti--seismic identification process of the brick wall with the framework mixed load--bearing housing and also put forward the processing suggestion for it.
