摘  要:在铣床上对工件进行铣削加工前,通常要采用试切对刀法在工件上确定进刀量的基准点,由于参与铣削实训的学生大多是初次接触加工机床,在试切时常常因操作不协调或用力过猛或移动过快等原因,造成撞刀、使铣刀崩刃,成为铣削实训中对学生和对机器伤害的主要危险之一。研制的铣削实训用安全对刀器是在铣刀远离工件并且没有高速旋转的状态下对刀,因而避免了撞刀及切屑伤眼的危险。该装置还采用了声光提示,具有一定的新颖性和趣味性,在铣削实训中,学生乐于选用,效果良好。In general, this equipment is adapted to reference point cut down to before milling workpiece. Be-cause the training students mostly firstly contact with metal-working machines ,when they try to cut it, they often bump knife for the reason in properly operation , too violently and fast moving, which becomes one of the mainly dangers to the training students and machine. The text introduces us that in milling cutter training the use of tool setting is in status beyond workpiece and without rotation. Hence, it should be avoided from the danger of bumping knife and eye hurting. What's more, the sound and light hurt are used for the device, in-eluding freshness and fun to some extend. In the training of milling machine, the students prefer to choose and they work well.
