摘　　要：设计一种用于脉冲固体火箭发动机的级间隔离装置。介绍了级间隔离装置的设计要求与设计方案,然后进行了详细设计和仿真分析,对加工出的产品进行的承压试验、打开试验以及点火试验结果表明,本文设计的级间隔离装置能够满足脉冲发动机的使用要求。A separator device using for pulse solid rocket motor is designed in this paper. The design requirements of separator device are analysed firstly and a scheme is designed, then detail design and simulation anlysis are given. The products are fabricated, and the compressive test, opening test and ignition test are done lastly. The test results show that the design can meet the demand of pulse solid rocket motor.
