摘 要:半干旱区降雨不足、供需错位,导致林木供水不足,造成土壤干化、植物生长发育困难甚至衰败,林地径流调控工程技术的发展为解决上述问题提供了技术支撑。对安定区退耕还林、荒坡林地径流调控工程林草生长量及后续土壤水分进行了调查分析,结果表明:2010-2011年遭遇10个月旱灾后,同等林木需水量设计的隔坡水平阶径流调控工程,2 m土层内土壤含水率退耕地与荒坡分别达到6.95%、4.90%,侧柏林保存率达到92%、柠条林达到78%,多年生紫花苜蓿鲜草产量达到22 417 kg/hm2,取得显著成效。但荒坡林地土壤水分含量明显偏低,今后应深化不同立地条件林地蒸散量、集流比等的研究,提高径流保证率。Shortage of rainfall of semi-arid areas, supply-and-demand disequilibrium leaded the following problems: supply water was not enough to trees, soil was drying, and growth and development of plant were difficult or even decline, development of runoff regulation engineering in the forest land provided technical support to solve the above problems. In this paper, investigation and analysis were conducted on reforesting cultivated land in Anding area, increment of forest grass of runoff regulation engineering in waste hillsides and subsequent soil moisture, the re- suits showed that after drought disaster of 10 months in 2010-2011, runoff regulation engineering of interval slope horizontal stage was designed according to water requirement of the same trees, 2 m soil moisture content of aban- doned lands and waste hillsides were respectively 6.95% and 4.90%, preserving rate of Platycladus orientalis achieved 92%, preserving rate of Caragana microphylla achieved 78%, grass yield of perennial Medicago sativa achieved 22 417 kg/hm^2, remarkable results were achieved. But content of soil moisture of woodland in waste hillsides was obviously lower, study on forestland evapotranspiration and rate of mass flow in different site conditions were deepen to improve assurance rate of runoff in the future.
