摘 要:以石油焦为原料、KOH为主活化剂,在低碱碳比(m(KOH):m(C)=2∶1)的条件下制备吸附剂,通过加入助活化剂KCl,K2CO3,CH3COOK,达到引入K+,K2O与基团-O-K+,-CO2K+的目的,考察助活化剂对活性炭吸附甲烷能力的影响,并对样品的孔结构进行分析,讨论了钾盐助剂影响活性炭对甲烷吸附性能的机理。结果表明:加入KCl能够扩张孔径,增加微孔与介孔的体积,对活性炭吸附甲烷有较好的促进作用;加入K2CO3减少孔的生成,不利于活性炭对甲烷的吸附;CH3COOK的加入,对活性炭甲烷吸能力附影响不明显,但能明显增加微孔孔容,提高微孔率。The activated carbon was prepared with KOH as activation agent and petroleum coke as feedstock under low mass ratio of KOH to carbon of 2∶1,and several promoters,KCl,K2CO3 and CH3COOK,were used to introduce K+,K2O,and groups-O-K+ and-CO2K+ into the activated carbon.The influences of the promoters on the methane adsorptive storage performance of the adsorbents and the pore structure were investigated.The mechanism for the adsorption capacity enhancement by using promoter was discussed.The results showed that KCl could increase pore size and the volume of mesoporous and microporous structures,which improved methane absorption on the activated carbon;addition of K2CO3 wasn’t favored to the adsorption of methane due to its obstruction of pore formation;and addition of CH3COOK didn’t show obvious effect on adsorption of methane on activated carbon,but could promote the formation of large quantities of micropore and increase the micropore volume ratio.
