摘  要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了不同担载量的镍基催化剂,考察了催化剂Ni担载量、反应温度和空速对低H2/CO比下的CO甲烷化性能的影响。结果表明,Ni的最佳担载量质量分数为11%,最佳反应温度为550℃。在空速7500h-1~30000h-1范围内,催化剂活性随空速的增大先增大后减小,在15000h-1时达到最佳。Ni/Al2O3 catalysts with varied Ni contents from 8% to 18% by mass were prepared by incipient wet impregnation method and effects of Ni content,temperature and GHSV on the activity of the catalysts in methanation reaction of the syngas with low H2/CO ratio were investigated.The results showed that the optimum Ni loading was of 11% by mass,the optimum reaction temperature was of 550℃.The activity of the catalyst increased firstly and then decreased with the GHSV increasing from 7500h-1 to 30000h-1,and was the highest at 15000h-1.
