摘　　要：汽车风挡玻璃是汽车中重要的安全部件,其光学性能又是极其重要的性能之一。本文详细介绍了玻璃的光透射率、光畸变、副像偏离、颜色辨识4种光学性能的形成原理和检测方法,结合具体的试验过程给出了相关的试验限值,为汽车前风挡玻璃的设计、试验、生产制造提供了技术参考。Front windshield is a very important safety component in the automotive,and the optical property is the most important one of it.In this paper,the principles and test methods for light transmission,optical distortion,secondary image separation,identification of colors were introduced and also the limit values for these performances were also given in order to provide reference for the future design,test and manufacture of the windshield glass.
