摘　　要：目的 :简介血吸虫病疫苗候选抗原及血吸虫病疫苗。方法 :回顾潜在的疫苗候选抗原和抗原分子、人工载体疫苗和构建基因工程菌株、研制混合多价疫苗、抗独特型抗体疫苗、血吸虫病合成多肽疫苗及抗卵免疫的研究史。结果 :推动了血吸虫病疫苗研究。结论Objective:To introduce schistosomiasis vaccine alternative antigen and schistosomiasis vaccine. Methods:To review the investigating history that involving potential schistosomiasis vaccine alternative antigen and antigen molecule, artificial carrier vaccine, the structure of the genetic engineering strain, the triburation of the polvalent vaccine, antiidiotypic antibody vaccine, schistosomiasis synthetic polypeptide vaccine and antiovimmunity. Results:Research on Schistosomiasis vaccine has pushed forward. Conclusion:Protective immunity of schistosomiasis vaccine on schistosomiasis infection is probable.
