摘 要:基于过程系统经济调优法与分解协调优化策略,通过计算各改造措施效益ΔO与投资ΔI的比值,结合知识与工程经验给出了改造措施的取舍准则,发展了传统的经济分解协调优化策略,并且应用改进的分解协调优化策略对国内某炼油厂液化气脱硫与溶剂再生过程进行了用能优化。通过对用能改进措施,如再生塔回流比-塔板数权衡优化、再生塔再沸器传热强化、贫胺液中H2S含量与再生塔再沸器负荷、贫胺液补充量的权衡优化以及再生塔顶气低温热回收等综合分析评价发现,改进措施中通过增加再生塔塔板数以降低回流比的投资利润率不合理,应予取消。实例研究结果表明,与传统的分解协调优化策略相比,本改进策略工程应用性更强,可广泛用于指导过程工业的能量综合与优化。A modified strategy of exergoeconomic decomposing-coordinating optimization for process systems was proposed.The evaluation criterion of the retrofit alternatives was presented according to the value of ΔI/ΔO and combining expert knowledge and engineering experiences.A global optimization for a liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)desulfurization and solvent regeneration unit was achieved by applying the modified strategy where the subsystem optimization was assumed.The measures were considered to trade-off between the reflux ratio and tray number,heat transfer enhancement of the reboiler,balance of the H2S concentration in lean amine,the heat duty of the reboiler and make-up lean amine,low temperature heat recovery of the top reflux of regeneration tower.The results obtained demonstrated that all measures were retained except the measure of adding new plates in the regeneration column to decrease the reflux ratio.The proposed strategy was more engineering practical than the conventional one,and can be widely used to guide the process integration of production systems.
