摘 要:研究了含无硫磷有机钨添加剂的润滑油润滑作用下离子渗氮轴承钢的摩擦磨损性能。利用四球摩擦磨损试验机系统地考察了渗氮轴承钢表面、基材表面与有机钨的交互作用规律,并使用X射线光电子能谱仪和扫描电子显微镜等表面分析技术分析摩擦反应膜的成分与化学态。结果表明,含无硫磷有机钨添加剂的润滑油润滑下,渗氮轴承钢表面的摩擦系数和磨斑直径小于基材表面的,摩擦系数最大降低了24.8%,磨斑直径最大减少了7.2%;相比基材表面,渗氮表面对有机碳链和有机钨具有更强的吸附作用,摩擦反应膜中W和C含量较高,使其表现出良好的减摩性能,摩擦反应膜中的WN使其表现出更优异的抗磨性能。The tribological properties of phosphorus and sulfur-free organotungstate additive were studied on the substrate and plasma nitrided surfaces of bearing steel.The friction and wear test was carried out systematically on four-ball friction and wear tester.The composition and chemical states of friction reaction film were analyzed by using XPS and SEM.The results showed that the friction coefficient and worn scar diameter on the nitrided surface of bearing steel were smaller than those on the substrate surface,with the reduction of friction coefficient obvious up to 24.8% and the decrease of worn scar diameter to 7.2%.Compared with the substrate surface,the nitrided surface of bearing steel possessed a superior wear resistance owing to the WN formed in the friction reaction film and a stronger adsorption of organic carbon chain and the W element,which led to the higher contents of C and W element and the better friction-reducing properties.
