FAS漂白混合废纸脱墨浆的工艺研究

摘　　要：研究氧化还原两段漂白中还原漂剂FAS对混合废纸脱墨浆的漂白效果。在H2O2预漂白处理浆料的基础上,加入FAS进行还原漂白,探讨不同漂白温度、漂白时间以及FAS用量对浆料白度的影响。结果表明在碱比为0.4,FAS用量0.6%,浆浓8%,时间40min,温度75℃时,漂白效果、生产成本达到最佳条件。This paper researches the bleaching effect of reductive bleaching agent FAS in oxidation and reduction process to mixed waste paper deinked pulp.Adding FAS and do reductive bleaching on the basis of H2O2 prebleaching,this paper discusses the effect of different bleaching temperature,different bleaching time and volume of FAS to the whiteness of pulp.The result shows that the bleaching effect and production cost appeared to be the best on the condition that the proportion of alkali is 0.4,volume FAS is 0.6%,pulp consistency is 8%,time is 40 min and temperature is 75℃
