摘　　要：外源性 1 ,6-二磷酸果糖 ( FDP)与低分子右旋糖酐协同用药能显著降低冠脉结扎后大鼠血清中的肌酸激酶浓度 ,改善冠脉结扎后的缺血状况 ;豚鼠离体心脏灌流实验表明两者协同用药后 ,能缓和 FDP单用时的心率减少作用 ;对由垂体后叶素引起的大鼠心肌缺血模型有良好的治疗保护作用 ,1 0 50 mg/kg剂量组的阴性率高达 80 % ,相当于单用 FDP时 1 50 0 mg/kg的疗效。Exogenously administered FDP combined with Dextran 20 can prevent the reduction of heart ATP and creatine phosphate in dogs subjected to myocardial ischemia exerts a marked protective activity against hemorrhagic and traumatic shock. FDP combined with Dextran 20 can improve its pharmacological effect through their different activities. Furthermore ,the combination can improve the stability of FDP alone.
