论“两个先锋队”性质的确立及其深刻启示——以党群关系为视角

摘　　要：中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队,同时是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队,这是十六大通过的党章对于党的性质的规定。"两个先锋队"性质的形成和发展经历了漫长的过程,从党群关系角度看,党的"两个先锋队"性质的确立是党不断深化群众观点,扩大群众基础,保障群众利益,不断取得群众支持的过程。它是对党历史上的群众工作的经验总结,也是对新时期党进行群众工作提出的新要求。认真探索党的"两个先锋队"性质的形成过程,深刻反思和总结其中的规律,对于当代和未来党和国家建设都有重要的启示。Chinese Communist Party is the vanguard of the Chinese working class,while the Chinese people and the vanguard of the Chinese nation,which is the Congress by the Constitution＇s provisions for the nature of the party.＂Two vanguard＂ nature of the formation and development has come a long process,from the perspective of ties between the party,the party＇s ＂two vanguard＂ party to establish the nature of the deepening view of the masses,expanding mass base to protect the interests of the masses,continue to achieve popular support in the process.It is the party＇s mass work on the history of lessons learned,but also the masses of party work for the new requirements.Seriously explore the party＇s ＂two vanguard＂ nature of the formation process of deep reflection and summary of the law of which,for the present and the future of the party and nation-building has important implications.
