摘  要:目的 :观察泛酸钙、吡哆醛、叶酸及生物素四种维生素对热暴露环境下果蝇的平均生存时间的影响 ,探索其对果蝇保护作用的可能机制。方法 :以果蝇为热暴露动物模型 ,36 .5℃为热暴露温度 ,观察高、中、低剂量上述维生素干预下的果蝇的平均生存时间。同时进行SDS -PAGE电泳测定相应的热应激蛋白 (HSP70 )含量。结果 :除吡哆醛外 ,其余的维生素均有一种或几种剂量能显著延长热暴露果蝇的平均生存时间和HSP70的含量。结论 :能显著延长果蝇热环境生存时间的维生素可使果蝇的HSP70水平显著升高 ,反之 ,HSP70的增加亦不显著 ,提示前者的保护作用可能与它们诱导HSP增加有关。Objective:To investigate the protective effects of calcium pantothenate, pyridoxal, folic acid and biotin on heat-exposed Drosophila melanogaster and the possible mechanism.Methods:Drosophila melanogaster were choosen for the experiment. Four kinds of vitamins were given to drosophila in three concentrations. The survival time and the content of heat shock protein(HSP70)were examined on heat-exposed drosophila at 36.5 ℃.Results:The results showed that calcium pantothenate, folic acid, biotin could significantly prolong the survival time and increase the content of HSP70 of heat-exposed drosophila. Pyridoxal had no significant effect on the survival time and the content of HSP70.Conclusion:Calcium pantothenate, folic acid, biotin have protective effect on heat-exposed drosophila, the mechanism may be through the increase of the content of HSP in drosoplila.
