摘　　要：阐述了在新车型试生产漆膜外观调试过程中,机器人喷涂仿形示教的方法和过程。讨论了机器人喷涂参数调整方式对漆膜厚度的影响。The copying teaching method and process of robot spraying in the testing process of film appearance during the trial production of new vehicle type were expounded.The influences of the adjusting way of spraying parameters for robot on the film thickness were discussed.
