摘　　要：竞争情报对企业的创新至关重要,本文针对在知识管理指导下构建企业竞争情报系统进行了深入研究,分析了大学图书馆开展竞争情报检索和信息咨询服务的优势,倡导创立跨界合作,科技查新中心与企业双方共赢、可持续发展的竞争情报系统模式。Enterprise Competitive Intelligence is extremely important to development of enterprises,System is conducting a lot of research literature,for building the Enterprise competitive intelligence system＇s question under knowledge management＇s instruction,pointed out IECIS superiority and make it safeguard factors.This paper analyzes the advantage of University libraries in information resource,to set up the Cooperative Competitive Intelligence System Environment（CCISE） in the mode of Mashup.
