增率汤治疗缓慢心律失常的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：为观察增率汤对缓慢心律失常的治疗作用，并探讨其治疗机理。方法：应用增率汤治疗３０例缓慢心律失常患者，与２∶１自身随机抽样经心宝治疗的缓慢心律失常患者１５例进行临床对照研究。结果：增率汤组治疗缓慢心律失常的总有效率达９７．６７％，明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：增率汤治疗缓慢心律失常能迅速改善症状，提高心率，适用于各种原因所致的缓慢心律失常。Objective: To observe the effect of ZHEN YE decoction in treating Brodycardia, and probed into the mechanism of it. Methods: A comparative study was done by observing the effect of 30 cases of Brodycardia treated with ZHEN YE decoction, and another 15 patients treated with XINBAO in the same period were taken as a control group for comparison (2:1). Results: The effective rate of ZHENYE decoction group which was 97. 67 % was significantly highter than that of the control group (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: ZHENYE decoction can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of Brodycardia patients, it can be used to treat Brodycardia caused by different reasons.
