摘 要:针对结构加固实践中,当梁底面有障碍物而无法进行加固时,本文提出了在梁侧面设锚栓固定钢板加固。通过对比试验研究,分析了钢板高度、锚栓间距、卸荷/非卸荷等因素对加固效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:锚贴钢板加固可显著提高梁的极限承载力,有效地减小构件的挠度,钢板能至始至终与梁协同工作,未发生剥离破坏;卸荷与非卸荷加固对加固效果基本无影响;建议加固钢板取梁高的1/2,锚栓间距以取200mm为宜。In view of the reinforce engineering structure in the practice, when the beam underside has obstructions leading to it cannot be reinforced, setting anchors fixed sheet steel in the beam side to strengthening the beam underside is proposed. By comparing the experimental studies, the regular patterns which the steel plate height, anchor spacing, loading/unloading and other factors influence the reinforcement effect are analyzed. The results of the study indicate that strengthening with steel plate anchored can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of beams, effectively reduce the deflection of the component, and the plate can work together with beam from beginning to end and not stripping from it; loading or unloading has no influence on reinforcement effect; so it is suggested that strengthening steel plate would take 1/2 high of the beam, anchor spacing would take 200mm .
