摘 要:针对天津现存的历史风貌建筑普遍存在砂浆强度低的情况,研究了原材料砖砌体及加固砖砌体试件的抗震性能。制作了2片原材料墙体试件、4片原材料墙体钢筋网水泥砂浆抹面加固试件,并对其进行了低周反复加载试验。应用等效体积单元(RVE)法对砖砌体进行模拟,对加固砖砌体则提出采用二次RVE法进行模拟,求得了其等效参数。用有限元模拟了加固墙体试件的低周反复荷载试验,并与试验进行了对比分析。最后对某一历史风貌建筑进行了加固前后的抗震性能有限元分析,验证了二次RVE法应用于加固砖砌体中的可行性。In this paper, the seismic performance of brick masonry specimen with original materials and reinforced brick masonry specimen is studied, in view of low-strength mortar in the extant historical character buildings in Tianjin. 2 test pieces of brick masonry wall with original material and 4 reinforced pieces with steel-meshed cement mortar layers are manufactured to carry on low fequency cyclic loading test. The representative volume element (RVE) method is applied to brick masonry, and secondary-RVE method is proposed to simulate the reinforced brick masonry, obtaining its equivalent parameters. The low frequency cyclic loading test of reinforced brick masonry is simulated with the finite element method, and comparative analysis is carried out with the experiment. At last, the finite element analysis is used to analyze the seismie performance of one of the historical character buildings before and after being reinforced, demonstrating the feasibility of seeondary-RVE method in reinforced brick masonry.
