摘　　要：由于公共工程项目风险种类繁多且各个风险之间的关系错综复杂,对公共工程项目风险评价理论研究成为项目风险管理的核心之一.本文提出了基于熵权法及多准则妥协解排序法(VIKOR)的公共工程项目风险综合评价方法,通过实例分析表明,该方法能够综合决策者的偏好进行有效的风险评价,评价结果能为项目管理部门提供科学的决策依据.Considering that the entropy method and the objective criterion compromise solution ranking（VIKOR） method have advantages in solving multi-criteria decision problems,this paper used the two methods to evaluate public works＇ project risk and to overcome the difficulty resulting from the fixed weight method and the diversity of the decision-making.By selecting six construction projects of Changsha invested by the government for sample analysis,the results have shown that this method for the evaluation of public project risks is feasible and effective.
