摘 要:研究了提高某难选铜铅矿矿石选别指标的方法,通过工艺流程改进及应用新组合抑制剂,获得了较好的铜铅矿石的选别指标。在生产工业试验中,铜精矿铜品位和回收率分别由16.67%和70.47%提高到18.95%和82.54%;铅精矿铅品位和回收率分别由50.2%和85.19%提高到54.26%和88.35%;铅精矿中铅铜比由原来的19.31提高到40.19。Solutions to increase the beneficiation indices of a refractory copper-lead ore were investigated,and this can be achieved by improving the processing flowsheet and using a new type of combined depressant.According to the results of commercial tests,Cu grade and recovery of the copper concentrate increased from 16.67% to 18.95%,and from 70.47% to 82.54%,respectively,while Pb grade and recovery of the lead concentrate increased from 50.2% to 54.26%,and from 85.19% to 88.35%,respectively.Meanwhile,the Pb/Cu ratio in the lead concentrate increased from 19.31 to 40.19.
