摘 要:缅甸包德温铅锌矿有大量旧尾矿,经过详细的物质成分研究和试验室试验,确定了可行的产品方案和合适的选矿工艺流程及作业条件,在当地建成了处理量为500 t/d的选矿厂,并针对旧尾矿无序堆放的实际情况,在试验室试验的基础上,进一步调试确定了合适的生产条件,使选厂正常运行,得到稳定的生产指标,目前,选厂运转良好,使这一旧尾矿资源得到了充分利用。There is a large quantity of old tailings in Bawdwin Lead-zinc Mine of Myanmar.Based on a detailed investigation on minerals′ composition and further bench tests,an applicable product scheme and the corresponding beneficiation flowsheet,as well as processing conditions were ascertained.A concentrator with a capacity of 500 t/d was built locally.Considering the stacking disorder of old tailings,the processing conditions were further adjusted based on bench tests to ensure that plant can be operated smoothly and stable indices can be maintained.The plant is now running in order and the old tailings resource has been fully utilized.
