麻花秦艽对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨麻花秦艽对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药对照组、西药对照组及麻花秦艽低剂量组和高剂量组。观察、检测各组急性胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠的胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI)及血清TNF-α水平,并行病理学观察。结果麻花秦艽低、高剂量组大鼠胃黏膜损伤程度均轻于模型组,UI指数与TNF-α水平显著低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论麻花秦艽对急性胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠的胃黏膜组织有保护作用。Objective To explore the protective effect of G.straminea.Maxim on acute gastric mucosal injury in rats.Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the blank group,model group,Chinese medicine control group,Western medicine control group,G.straminea.Maxim low dose group and high dose group,Observing and testing the acute gastric mucosal injury in rats model with gastric mucosal ulcer index（UI） and tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF alpha） level in serum,and pathologically.Results G.straminea.Maxim high and low dose group of rats gastric mucosal injury degree were reduced than the model group,the gastric mucosal UI and TNF-α levels significantly lower than that of the model group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion G.straminea.Maxim shows a protective effect on acute gastric mucosal injury in rats.
