摘 要:目的探讨火针对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型IL-1β的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为3组,即模型组、火针治疗组、空白对照组,观察各组大鼠治疗前后关节周径变化,检测各组大鼠关节匀浆中IL-1β含量。结果火针治疗后关节周径缩小,低于模型组(P<0.05),且火针组治疗前、后比较亦有明显差异(P<0.05)。模型组与空白组相比,关节周围软组织及关节液中IL-1β含量显著升高(P<0.01),火针治疗后IL-1β含量下降低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论火针疗法治疗急性痛风性关节炎,其机制可能与抑制关节滑膜及关节软骨中的IL-1β水平有关。Objective To investigate the effect of fire acupancture on IL-1β of acute gouty arthritis in rats model.Methods The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,normal group,model group and fire-acupancture groups.Joint circumference changes were observed before and after treatment,and the contents of IL-1β among articular fluid in rat were detected as well.Results The diameter of rat ankle circumference was decreased after fire-acupancture therapy compared with the model group(P0.05),and also shown significant difference compared with after modeling(P0.05).Compared with the blank group,IL-1β content in periarticular soft tissue and synovial fluid of Model group increased significantly(P0.01),and decreased by fire-acupancture therapy(P0.05).Conclusion Fire acupancture therapy can reduce IL-1β expression in articular cartilage and synovia.
