藏药丹葛颈舒胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的RP-HPLC测定法建立

摘　　要：目的建立藏药丹葛颈舒胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)摸索实验条件,建立藏药丹葛颈舒胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的RP-HPLC测定法。结果该方法的线性范围为2.0～64.0 mg.L-1,r为0.9998,平均回收率为102.14%,RSD为1.22%。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于藏药丹葛颈舒胶囊的质量控制。Objective To develop a simple,sensitive and rapid method for the determination of Danshinone ⅡA in Tibetan Medicine Dange Jingshu Capsules.Methods Danshinone ⅡA was determined by RP-HPLC method,the analysis involved a 250 mm×4.6 mm column packed with C18（5μm）,the mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine（75：25：0.3：0.3 v/v）.The monitoring wave length is 270 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 2.0～64.0 mg·L-1（r=0.9998）,the recovery was 102.14%,RSD=1.22%.Conclusion The result demonstrated that the method was sensitive,accurate,simple and can be used to control the quality of Tibetan Medicine Dange Jingshu Capsules.
