摘  要:南水北调中线工程干渠渠道大部分为高填方工程,土石方工程量巨大,沿线分布范围广,同时开展的施工面众多,工期紧,管理方式复杂,这对整个工程的施工质量管理和控制提出了较高的要求。建设管理单位委托科研单位研制开发了"南水北调中线一期工程高填方段碾压施工质量实时监控系统",并在工程实践中得到应用,实现了对于高填方渠道填筑碾压施工过程中主要质量参数的有效监控,为实现渠道工程建设的高质量、高效率安全施工提供了保障,促进了工程管理水平的提升。The main channels in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project are high filled channels which distribute widely and require a large amount of earthwork.Also,the project has numerous construction surfaces,a tight construction schedule,and a complex management system,which proposes a high-standard requirement for the construction quality management and control for the whole project.A real-time monitoring system of the construction quality in the high filled channels of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Phase Ⅰ Project is developed and used in the engineering practices.The system can monitor the main quality parameters during the roller compaction construction of the high filled channel effectively,which guarantees a high-quality and high-effectiveness channel construction and improves the construction management.
