摘 要:结合沙沱碾压混凝土重力坝的工程实际情况,利用ANSYS软件及其二次开发技术,对该坝的典型坝段进行仿真分析研究。结合实测资料,对该坝段进行全过程温度应力仿真计算。分析了施工期温度及温度应力随时间变化情况以及某时刻在坝体的分布情况,总结了其变化规律。结合沙沱碾压混凝土重力坝埋设温度计的实测温度,将计算结果与实测温度进行了比较,表明有限元计算结果与实际情况相符,保证了仿真分析的准确性。计算表明,沙沱碾压混凝土重力坝施工期温度应力状况总体情况良好,但应特别注意高温季节碾压混凝土的温控工作。沙沱碾压混凝土坝的温度应力仿真分析工作为确立施工期的温控措施,避免产生温度裂缝提供了参考。Using the ANSYS software and its secondary development technique,the simulation computation and feedback research of Shatuo roller compacted concrete(RCC) dam temperature field are realized,which is based on the practical situation of the construction of this RCC dam.The variation and the distribution of temperature and thermal stress in RCC dam in construction period are studied.The simulation results are consistent with the measured data of the thermometers buried in Shatuo RCC dam,which suggests that the results of simulation are correct and reliable.The simulation computation of the RCC dam shows a good state of thermal stress of Shatuo RCC gravity dam during construction,at the same time,the analysis result conclude that the temperature control measures should be stricter during hot season.The simulation study has a great reference value to determine the temperature control measures of RCC dam,in order to avoid the crack created by the thermal stress.
