TGF-β_1、MCP-1与IgAN肾小管间质病变相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)与IgA肾病(IgAN)肾小管间质病变的关系。方法:92例IgAN患者行肾活检,按小管间质损害程度积分分为无病变、轻度、中度及重度组。用ELISA法检测尿TGF-β1、MCP-1,同时检测肾小管功能指标。结果:肾小管间质病变与尿TGF-β1、MCP-1及β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)呈正相关。结论:尿TGF-β1、MCP-1、β2-MG、NAG可预示肾小管间质病变的进展和预后,其中尿TGF-β1、MCP-1与IgAN小管间质病变的相关性更强。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the concentration of transforming growth factorβ1（TGF-β1）,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1（MCP-1）and tubulo-interstitial injury in IgA nephropathy（IgAN）.Methods：92 cases confirmed by kidney biopsy were divided into 4 subgroups on the basis of tubulo-interstitial injury score.Both urine TGF-β1 and MCP-1 were tested by ELISA method.Results：The degree of tubulo-interstitial injury was significantly correlatedwith serum and urine TGF-β1,urine MCP-1,beta 2 microglobulin（β2-MG）,n-acetyl-β-d-glu-cosaminidase（NAG）.Conclusion：The urine TGF-β1,MCP-1,β2-MG and NAG can reflect the progression and prognosis of tubulo-interstitial injury in IgA nephropathy,and the degree of tubulointerstitial injury is most significantly correlated with urine TGF-β1,MCP-1.
