摘　　要：目的:探讨眉下缘切口矫治上睑皮肤松垂的临床效果。方法:对2008年6月至2011年6月72例上睑皮肤松垂患者采用眉下缘切口矫治术,观察临床效果。结果:72例患者随访2个月～3年,眉形、眼形佳,瘢痕隐蔽,效果满意。结论:眉下缘切口矫治上睑皮肤松垂操作简单,恢复快,不遗留明显瘢痕,临床应用效果良好,是一种理想的手术方式。Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of superciliary lower ridge incision method curing senile ptosis. Methods To observe clinical efficiency of 72 senile ptosis patients underwent superciliary lower ridge incision method from June 2008 to June 2011. Results 72 of these patients underwent follow-up ranging from 2 months to 3 years. All of these patients were satisfied with the outcome. Conclusion The clinical efficiency of superciliary lower ridge incision method is effective and simple to operate. This operative procedure is an ideal surgery with fast recovery and invisible scars.
