超声造影对输卵管通畅性分级评价的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨声诺维(SonoVue)超声造影剂对输卵管通畅性分级评价的应用价值。方法对34例临床怀疑输卵管阻塞导致不孕的患者行声诺维超声造影术及X线碘造影检查,观察宫腔及输卵管形态结构,并对输卵管阻塞程度作分级判断。超声造影结果与X线碘造影检查结果对比,同时观察超声造影术后并发症。结果 34例患者宫腔结构形态正常,双输卵管通畅16例,双侧梗阻5例,单侧通畅、另一侧部分阻塞13例;与X线碘造影检查结果对比,超声造影准确性为97.06%(33/34)。超声造影术后,7例患者有轻微下腹胀痛,27例患者无明显不适。结论输卵管声诺维超声造影术操作简便、经济、无不良反应,可清晰显示输卵管内造影剂的走向,判断其狭窄程度,定位阻塞部位,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate the application value of SonoVue-enhanced ultrasound in the evaluation of the fallopian tube patency grades.Methods SonoVue-enhanced ultrasond and X-ray hysterosalpingography were used to examine 34 cases of infertility due to salpingemphraxis,and the grades of salpingemphraxis were analyzed.The results were compared and complications of ultrasound were observed.Results All the 34 patients showed normal uterine cavity morphology,16 cases showed passable fallopian tubes on both sides,5 cases showed blocked fallopian tubes on both sides,13 cases showed passable fallopian tubes on one side and blocked fallopian tubes on other side.Compared with the results of X-ray hysterosalpingography,the accuracy of ultrasound was 97.1%（33/34）.After SonoVue-enhanced ultrasound,7 patients suffered from mild lower abdominal pain,other 27 patients had no obvious discomfort.Conclusion Fallopian tubes SonoVue-enhanced ultrasound is simply operable,economical,nontoxic method,which shows clearly the trace of fallopian tube for determining the grades and location of stenosis and is worthy to be widely used clinically.
