摘　　要：目的探讨数字X线摄影(DR)双能量减影技术在上颌窦、鼻咽部病变诊断中的价值。方法收集病理证实的上颌窦、鼻咽部病例24例,应用DR双能量减影技术摄片,上颌窦组摄取华氏位,鼻咽部组摄取鼻咽侧位片。结果祛除骨骼重叠影像的软组织相影像分辨率显著高于普通X线平片,而祛除软组织影像后的骨组织相能清晰显示有无骨质破坏。结论 X线双能量减影技术对上颌窦、鼻咽部疾病的诊断有较大实用价值,尤其在不具备CT、MRI断层成像设备的基层医院机构,这一技术应用简便、有效,具有一定的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of dual-energy subtraction DR in diagnosing lesions of maxillary sinus and nasopharynx.Methods 24 cases with lesions of maxillary sinus and nasopharynx proved by pathology were undertaken dual-energy subtraction DR with the Water＇s projection for the former lateral projection for the latter.Results The soft tissue images could remove overlapped bony tissue which were evidently superior to traditional X-Ray examination,and the skeletal images eliminated with the surrounding soft tissue might reveal clearly whether theses bony destruction or not.Conclusion Dual-energy subtraction DR technique possesses greater practical value in evaluating lesions of maxillary sinus and nasopharynx,especially for local hospital without CT or MRI.It is simple and effective with important significance.
