高频彩超诊断睾丸挫裂伤

摘　　要：目的评价高频彩超在睾丸挫伤及裂伤中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析42例经手术及保守治疗的睾丸挫伤及裂伤患者的超声声像图特征。结果 42例睾丸挫伤及裂伤患者中,26例经保守治疗及超声随访证实,15例经手术确诊,1例误诊。高频彩超诊断符合率97.6%(41/42)。结论高频彩超检查快速、方便易行,是急诊睾丸挫伤及裂伤的首选检查方法,对临床治疗方案的选择起到积极有效的作用。Objective To evaluate the high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of testicular contusion and laceration.Methods Ultrasonographic appearances of 42 cases suffered from testicular contusion and laceration and treated conservatively or surgically were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 42 cases of testicular contusion and laceration,26 cases with conservative treatment were confirmed by follow-up ultrasonography,15 cases were confirmed by surgery,and 1 case was later proved to be misdiagnosed.The coincident rate of high-frequency ultrasonography was 97.6%（41/42）.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography,which is easy operable,is served as the first choice of testicular contusion and laceration in emergency and plays an effective role in the clinical management.
