摘  要:考虑客户提出的节能、环保要求,需将GJW111型轮胎式液压挖掘机原发动机更换为满足国II排放标准的康明斯发动机。设计改型产品GJW111A型轮胎式液压挖掘机的动力系统,在其他功能模块基本保持不变的情况下,根据负载的特点确定发动机参数和散热器参数。通过计算和分析,选择发动机及冷却系统,使匹配达到最优的效果,并保证挖掘机的动力性能,从而提高整机的工作效率,最大限度地满足客户需求。In consideration of customers' demand in energy saving and environment protection,it is necessary to displace the original engine used in the GJW111 wheel type hydraulic excavator with a Cummins engine that can meet SINOⅡ Emission Standard.As for power system of the redesigned GJWlllA wheel type hydraulic excavator,its data of the engine and radiator were defined according to load features with other functional modules were remained unchanged basically.Through computation and analyses we selected the engine and the radiator system to have attained a most optimal result and ensured drive performance of the excavator,thus increasing work efficiency of the excavator as a whole and mostly satisfying the customers' demands.
